FROM MAJELLA MCFADDEN IN BOSTON: THE GAA season kicked off in Boston – with Donegal GFC safely through the first round of the O’Brien Cup.

The exiles overcame Christophers by 1-10 to 0 – 06 with Hugh Devine, Lifford, scoring the goal for Donegal.
