DONEGAL DEATH NOTICES FOR TUESDAY, MAY 8, 2012

MARY HARPER

The death has occurred of Mary Harper, Meenlougher, Killygordon. She passed away at Brindley Manor Nursing Home, Convoy, in her 100th year. Much loved mother of Jack, Charles, Hugo and May. Sadly missed by her sons, daughter, daughters-in-law Kathleen and Mary, son-in-law Lawrence, grandchildren, nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. Removal from McCool’s Chapel of Rest, Navenny Car Park, Ballybofey, on Wednesday evening at 6.30pm to St. Patrick’s Church, Crossroads, to repose overnight. Funeral mass on Thursday morning at 11am with interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to The Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland c/o any family member. The house is private, at the request of the deceased.

BRIDGET BONNER

The death has taken place of Bridget Bonner (nee Russell) of Renny, Lettermacaward. Peacefully at Victoria Infirmary, Glasgow. Beloved wife of the late Jimmy and much loved mother of Eillen, Andy and Patricia. Sadly missed by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren, relatives and friends.  Resting in her daughters home in Gorbals Glasgow and removal to Blessed Jon Duns Scotus,Gorbals Glasgow at 6.00pm on Friday 11th May.  Requiem mass at 10.00am on Saturday 12th May then afterwards at Linn Crematorium. Internment in St.Bridgets Cemetry to be arranged.

CONOR MORROW

The death has occurred at the Aras O’Domhnaill Nursing Home in Milford of Conor Morrow of Galway and Rossnowlagh. Remains reposing at the Nursing Home Chapel. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 10am in the Nursing Home Chapel. Burial in Rahoon Cemetery, Galway at 10am on Thursday.

BOBBY RODGERS

The death has taken place as the result of a Road Traffic Accident of Bobby Rodgers, 26 Colehill, Newtowncunningham Son of Elizabeth and Geordie Rodgers. Funeral on Wednesday, with Requiem Mass in All Saints Church, Newtowncunningham at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please.  Donations if desired to the Oncology Unit Letterkenny General Hospital c/o Charlie McClafferty Funeral Director, Churchill and Letterkenny.

ANNIE BYRNE

The death has occurred of Annie Byrne, Navenny Street, Ballybofey. Peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Stranorlar. Beloved wife of the late Francis and much loved mother of Frankie and Alphonsus. Sadly missed by her sons, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Funeral from her home at 10.30am on Wednesday morning for 11am Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Stranorlar followed by interment in Sessiaghoneill Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to St. Joseph’s Hospital c/o any family member.
