THE communities of Killybegs and Mountcharles will come together today to say a final farewell to a teenager who died suddenly earlier this week.

Aimee-Lee Meehan from Dromore, Mountcharles, took ill at her home earlier this week, but died later at Letterkenny General Hospital.

The 13-year-old was a very popular pupil at the Abbey Vocational School in Donegal Town.

Aimee-Lee was the daughter of Padraic Meehan and Louise Martin and grand-daughter of Joseph and Bridie Meehan, Killybegs and Pat and Mary Martin, Mountcharles.

Removal is from her home today at 1.30pm going to St Mary’s Church, Killymard for 2.30pm Requiem Mass.
