Donegal TD Pearse Doherty has lost his High Court challenge against the Referendum Commission ahead of tomorrow’s Fiscal Treaty vote.
The HIgh Court sat late last night to hear submissions on the challenge.
The court in Dublin has rejected claims that the Commission made conflicting or erroneous statements about the government’s ability to veto the ESM.
