GARDAI arrested 42 people over the Bank Holiday weekend in Ballyshannon, mainly for drugs offences.
Officers say 27 people were detained for possession of cannabis and 15 for drink-related public order offences.
More than 12,000 people attended the Rory Gallagher tribute festival in the town over the weekend.
The number of arrests is down significantly on last year when 67 people were held.
