Termon GAA club have achieved the unique distinction of winning two All Ireland titles at a sunny but cold Maghergallon on Monday.
First out of the starting blocks were Termon senior Ladies who faced Cill Na Mona from north Mayo. After a whirlwind start with who other than Geraldine Mc Laughlin scoring a wonderfull goal on two minutes Termon laid on the pressure and as referee Liam MC Conagley blew the final whistle Termon emerged as worthy winners
In the junior mens final Termon faced St Nauls Donegal . St Nauls got off to a good start but Termon who played against the wind clawed back scores . St Nauls were dealt a body blow when a defender was shown a straight red card following an sideline incindent. Termon led by five points but even a last minute penalty failed to save the day afor St Nauls and Termon emerged as worthy Ireland junior Gaeltachta winners.
