DONEGAL singer Daniel O’Donnell had several dances with Sinead O’Connor at last Friday night’s Late Late Show birthday party, donegaldaily.com can reveal.
The 50th birthday bash continued into the wee small hours in the RTE canteen after the live show ended.
And Daniel stepped forward and offered to dance with Sinead – who was wearing her priestly blouse supplied just 24 hours earlier by Ray Doherty of the Moville Clothing Company.
“It was a great night,” said one of the guests, “Daniel really let his hair down and ended up dancing the night away with Sinead O’Connor.
“They were chatting for ages and it was great to see two of our most famous performers getting on so well.”
