Will tonight’s final Euro 2012 group game be Shay Given’s last game for the Republic of Ireland?

That’s the question fans are asking after the Lifford man signaled on Friday last that he may be about to retire from international football.

Given is only 36 but has been hampered by injury of late.

Ireland has just one friendly before they open their World Cup campaign later this summer.

Given said he will sit down with his family when he goes on holiday shortly and decide what his plans are.
