GAA NEWS: DONEGAL LADIES NOTES

Well done to our Senior ladies with their comprehensive victory in Clones on Sunday week last and good luck to them in St. Tiernans Park in Clones this Sunday at 2.45pm in the Ulster Final.

This is a great achievement for a very young side who have achieved great success in this time of recession when some of our former stars are forced to emigrate to find employment.

Come along and support the girls as on the following week you will be out to support the men at the same level an Ulster Final.

Our best wishes go to both sides and personally hoppe to be at both events an cheer my native county on.

My apologies for lack of coverage in the last few months but due to health problems was not able to attend many events,so bear yywith me.

Well done also to our U16s who play Armagh on Saturday in Red Hughes ground having already disposed of both Monaghan and Tyrone on the way an if they win this game are Ulster champions.Kenny and his mentors are doing an excellent job.

The following games in the Senior League still have to be completed Moville vs Aodh Ruadh in round 3, St Eunans vs Termon ,and Aodh Ruadh vs Four Masters in round4, Four Masters vs Moville round 6 and Glenfin vs Moville, round 7S.
