SPECTACULAR AT FANAD TODAY
Another great day at Adventure One Surf School in Fanad today, and at our Stand up Paddle school in Rathmullan.
The surf was perfect at Fanad for learning in 2-3ft clean waves and warm sunshine, always a bonus, and Lough Swilly was like a mirror this morning perfect conditions for Paddleboarding.
The kid’s Summer camp is in full swing with everyone now starting to catch ‘Green waves’ i.e before they actually break.
At the end of the lesson we taught the kids how to body surf a great skill that’s loads of fun, which they can use anytime they go to the beach.
The surf for tomorrow is going to be slightly smaller in the 2ft (waist to chest high range) with light winds perfect for learning to surf or for intermediate surfers to practice surfing green waves.
