BAG-PACKING WEEKEND AT TESCO FOR LITTLE ORAN

Órán Nibbs - Needs YOUR help

A number of friends and family will gather in Tesco in Letterkenny on Friday the 24th and Saturday the 25th of August for a bag packing event aimed at raising money for The Órán Nibbs Fund.

Órán suffers from Mitochondrial Disease, a complicated and progressive genetic disorder. The fund aims to help improve Órán’s quality of life.

The Letterkenny boy’s rare disease means that, at three years old, he is unable to walk, talk, crawl or even feed himself. He has weekly multiple epileptic seizures and has little to no muscle tone.

Órán will soon even have to have a feeding tube fitted to his body as his illness has meant that he cannot get the nutrients he needs from his food.

The bagpacking begins in Tesco Letterkenny on Friday at 1pm to 7pm  and begins again on Saturday from 12 noon to 8pm. Event organiser, Emer Mc Williams is still looking for volunteers to man the checkouts and anybody willing to help out can get in touch via our Facebook page or by emailing info@helporan.com .

Any and all support is more than welcome! Please do give generously if you are in Tesco and see the bag packers!
