ATHLETICS: ROSSES AC NOTES

There is a 5k run and walk organised for this Sunday 2nd Sept with registration at McDevitts Garage, Annagry from 12. Race starts at 1:30pm from the top of Ard Chroine and finishing at football field beside Caislean Oir. Refreshments afterwards. All proceeds to worthy causes and good family day. Cross country training details will be listed next week. Noel Diver had an excellent run in the Ballyare 10k when he finished 7th in a time of 36:13. There was also good runs by Helen McCready and Deirdre Diver.
