Attention all Bootcampers….this Thursday the team from Optimal Fitness are moving their Bootcamp to Rathmullan beach.
The free Class will start at 7pm and is open to everyone.
So spread the word go along for an evening of fun and fitness.
“The forecast is good,” said Optimal’s Michael Black.
“So if bootcampers want to bring their swim gear there is an optional dip in the sea afterwards!”
