There will be two silent mindfulness meditation day retreats in the Pastoral Centre in Letterkenny up until Christmas 2012. September dates are Sundays the 23rd and 30th, 10am – 4pm.
There will be one per month in Bluestack Foundation, Donegal Town. In September the day will be on Sunday the 16th 11am – 5pm.
