WHY FRIENDS OF ORAN ARE HAVING A BARN-STORMING DANCE

A fundraising dance is to be held in aid of young Donegal boy Oran Nibbs.

Three year old Oran was born with a rare progressive genetic disorder called Mitochondrial Disease.

The disorder means that little Oran, who lives with his mum and dad and brother and sister in Trentagh, can’t do many of the things boys his age can.

He can’t walk or talk but he is the most loveable little fella about.

Because of his condition, Oran has also picked up other illnesses including epilepsy and hypotonia.

And because of his caring for Oran costs a lot of money.

Oran’s family and friends have now organised a barn dance with al the funds going directly to paying for his care.

All the details of the fundraiser are included on the above poster.

And for what it’s worth – you don’t have to even like dancing or barns for that matter!

All you have to do is to buy a ticket and help a little guy have a little better quality of life.
