THE NEW SIGN FOR ANNAGRY POST OFFICE IS …..IN THE POST!

It would appear that even An Post gets the names of certain addresses wrong – even on its own branches.

The organisation has spelled the name of Annagry post office incorrectly on its new signage much to the bemusement of locals.

The previous post office in the village, which closed in September, had the name of the West Donegal village spelled correctly.

The new signage was made and erected by the company and not by the current operators.

We take it that a new sign is in the post!
