It’s yet another sign that things still have a long way to go if the housing market is to pick up in Co Donegal.

TWO new houses have been put on the market with a total reserve price of just €45,000.

The two semi-detached, three bedroom homes at Coopers Crest in Milford are going at a fraction of what their original value would have been during the boom.

Both houses are almost completely finished.

Both need sanitaryware and floor coverings while one of the houses needs kitchen units.

The houses, numbers 28 and 29, can be sold separately for €20,000 and €25,000.

The houses are being auctioned by Sherry, Fitzgerald, Rainey on November 10th at 1pm at the site of the houses.
