‘GALFEE’ TO GIVE IT A GO AT THE OASIS!

He was one of the best-known restaurateurs in Co Donegal in recent years.

His brand ‘Galfees’ became of the most respected and reliable in eating circles.

Now Convoy man James Gallagher is back with a bang.

The well-known chef has taken over the old Oasis Bar at the Letterkenny Shopping Centre and looks set to turn it into a mecca for hungry office staff and the general public.

Donegal Daily couldn’t track down the Convoy man with the larger-than-life laugh and the passion for fast motorbikes when looking for a quote.

But we wish him well in his new venture and promise to call in for a bowl of free soup in the not-too-distant future.
