A SPECIAL TREAT FOR PARENTS ACROSS DONEGAL NEXT WEEK

National Parent’s Week takes place from October 22nd to 28th and celebrates the time, love and commitment given by parents everywhere.

Parentstop – Donegal’s free and confidential parent support service, is celebrating Parent’s Week by offering ‘Minding Me’ time to parents across the county.

Drop into any of Parentstop’s services for a free head massage, a treat for your feet, some time out, a chat and a chance to talk about any supports you may need as a parent in 2012.

Minding Me takes place in:

-Moville Family Resource Centre on Tuesday October 23rd between 10.30am and 1pm

-Parentstop Letterkenny, Castle Street, Off Market Square, Letterkenny on Wednesday October 24th between 10am and 2pm

-Donegal Family Resource Centre, Donegal Town on Wednesday October 24th between 10am and 12pm

-Parentstop Inishowen, 5 Miller’s Way, Carndonagh on Wednesday October 24th between 10:30am and 1pm

-Lifestart Newtowncunningham on Thursday October 25th between 10:30am and 1pm

-And especially for dads: come along to Parentstop Inishowen, 5 Miller’s Way, Carndonagh on Thursday October 25th between 7:30pm and 9:30pm

National Parents Week is celebrated in association with the National Parents’ Helpline – ParentLine (1890 927 277 / www.parentline.ie

Parentstop is a free and confidential parent support service in Co. Donegal.

Parentstop is here to help with any parenting challenges you are facing. If you want to ask a question, talk to someone in confidence, or see if you’re on the right track, then Parentstop is here to support you.

There are no long waiting lists and the Parentstop team is available to talk to you once you make an appointment. With services in Donegal Town, Letterkenny and around Inishowen, one of our Parents Support officers will meet you, listen to you and give you support and advice. Whatever your concern – let’s get it sorted together.
