GARDAI in Co Donegal have called off their search operation for a missing Galway woman after she was located safe and well.
Bernie Garvan, 54, had been staying with a friend near Clady, Co Tyrone.
She had been last seen walking across a bridge into Co Donegal last night.
Bernie is from the Milltown Road area of Tuam in Co Galway and friends were worried for her safety when she wasn’t seen for a number of hours.
Her silver vehicle with a southern registration had been left at a friend’s house in the Urney road area of Clady Strabane sometime yesterday.
However shortly before lunchtime contact was made with the missing woman.
