He has hunted and skinned crocodiles. He has smuggled ivory and event set up a rocket base.

But now Donegal man Brian O’Donnell has returned to the safety of West Donegal.

Now his book, The Life of Brian……In Africa, is to be launched in the coming days.

The books tells the life-story of Brian O’Donnell who left his native Donegal not even aged 18 years.

His life journey took him to England and then to Africa where he spent decades living a life a million miles from the gorse of Donegal.

Brian’s book will be launched in the Viking House in Kincasslagh on November 30th at 8pm.

Brian’s fascinating book will be available to buy priced at €12 with €2 going directly to St Vincent De Paul.
