A Donegal County Councillor has called on the anonymous person sending letters over politicians’ expenses to come forward.
Cllr Ciaran Brogan said the problem with the claims is that nobody knows who they are coming from.
Letters have been sent to the media and political party whips in recent months questions the expenses of some local public representatives.
The Standards in Public Office are currently carrying out a formal investigation into claims made against Senator Brian O’Domhnaill when he was a county councillor.
Other letters have been sent against various county councillors.
