NINE DONEGAL PROPERTIES GO UNDER HAMMER IN LARGE AUCTION

A mixture of nine residential and commercial properties located in Milford & Letterkenny are to be offered for sale by public auction, all at bargain prices this Saturday.

There is set to be major interest in a number of the properties which are being put under the hammer on one day by Sherry Fitzgerald Rainey.

Two 3 bed houses are on offer in Mount Marian, Milford from €25,000 each whilst two modern 4 bed & 3 bed semi-detached houses at Carraig Craobh and An Gleann Rua, Letterkenny have reserve prices of only €40,000 each.

The bargain of the day, however, must be a two bedroom house at Kelly’s Lane, Lower Main Street, Letterkenny for which a reserve price of only €10,000 is being quoted.

Commercial properties include a site at Canal Road, Letterkenny on offer at a reserve price €40,000 and a 2,200 Sq Ft office building at Fortwell Road, Letterkenny at a reserve price of €25,000. Two other residential / commercial properties are on offer in Fortwell Road with reserve prices of €20,000 each.
