Kilcar 2-11 St Eunans 2-4
Kilcar overcame fancied St Eunan’s at MacCumhaill Park in the Minor Championship final.
The young men from KIlcar proved too strong for the Letterkenny men and eventually triumphed on a scoreline of 2-11 to 2-04.
Chris Doogan and Aaron Doherty found the net for Kilcar while Kevin Meehan and Michael Miller did the same for Eunan’s.
It was Kilcar’s ability to take their points which proved the difference between the sides on a miserable day before a decent crowd.
Man of the Match: Eoin McHugh – superb throughout and most definitely a star of the future.
