DONEGAL Gardaí have warned motorists of icy conditions again this morning.
They are particularly concerned about those driving at speed, believing the roads are safe.
Gardai say there are also reports of black ice in many places across Donegal.
“A frosted road can be ok to drive when done with caution but there will inevitably be black ice spots and that’s our concern,” said a Garda spokesman today.
“People need to slow down; far too many motorists are driving today as if it was just another day.”
