MacLOCHLAINN VOWS TO RETURN TO DAIL TONIGHT AFTER BEING KICKED OUT

Donegal Deputy Padraig MacLochlainn has said he will return to the Dail this evening despite being kicked out earlier today.

The Inishowen TD was sensationally suspended after being asked to leave the chamber.

The Dail business had to be suspended for 30 minutes when the Sinn Fein TD tried to object to comments made by An Taoiseach End Kenny about his party.

But Deputy MacLochlainn said he believes the Ceann Comhairle is acting illegally and he will challenge him later tonight.

He also revealed that Sinn Fein are taking legal advice on comments made by Taoiseach Enda Kenny in a Dail debate yesterday.

“I am going to try and vote tonight. He is probably going to try and suspend the Dail. I am going to challenge that.

“The issue for me is when I stood up to correct a blatant act of double standards. He threw me out immediately and I believe he knows I’m right and he couldn’t take it.

“I know our party is taking legal advice. We will take legal advice on the Ceann Comhairle and how he is conducting himself.

“Now we are elected in strength he cannot take it,” fumed Deputy MacLochlainn.
