Dungloe have been relegated to Division two after being beaten by local rival Gaoth Dobhair.
Dungloe now join Glenswilly in Division two after going down 0-6 to 1-10.
It was nip and tuck after half-time in this relegation dogfight with Dungloe 0-5 to 0-4 ahead.
But Gaoth Dobhair turned the screw and a goal midway through the second half confined Dungloe to second division football next season.
