LAURA'S PARTY RAISED €1.5K FOR ST VINCENT DE PAUL
A 13-year-old Co Donegal schoolgirl has helped to raise €1,540 for the local St Vincent de Paul Christmas appeal.
Laura Black talked her dad Jason into opening his Voodoo club open for a kids’ disco on Sunday – to help others this Christmas.
Even Santa turned up for the occasion.
Said Jason afterwards: “We had an incredible turn-out.
“So many people came along to help and we had a fantastic day in the Greenroom.
“We want to thank everyone who came along.
“We are all so proud of our community after what they have done.”
