The HSE wishes to acknowledge the recent tragic death of a young person in your community. At a time like this it is important to know that there is support available.
The HSE has set up a Helpline for Donegal people, which is available every day from 12noon to 10pm throughout Christmas and New Year. This Helpline can be contacted at 1850 400 911.
A Donegal Youth Helpline for young people is available 24hours a day every day throughout Christmas and New Year at 1800 50 40 40.

Living Links – 087 9286007 –practical help, information and support to persons bereaved by suicide
If anyone is worried about how any member of their family is coping please talk to your GP or if it is an after hours emergency the NOWDOC service (Tel. No. 1850400911).
