NEW YEAR CRASH VICTIM TO BE BURIED FRIDAY

A large crowd gathered at Letterkenny General Hospital for the removal of road accident victim Patrick ‘Packie’ Gildea this afternoon.crash

The 39 year old from Straboy, Glenties was killed yesterday morning when his jeep hit a pillar at 9am between Ballybofey and Fintown.

He will be waked at his home tonight and Thursday before funeral mass at 11am in St Connell’s Church, Glenties.
