THE Government has allocated €200,000 for road improvements on the N56.
The Department says €120,000 has been allocated for the Coolboy-Kilmacrennan route, under the NRA’s Pavement & Minor Works budget.
The stretch of road is poor – and the scene of several accidents in recent years.
Another €80,000 has also been set aside for works at a junction in Kilmacrennan.
