A CO Donegal man is set to put some spark into a hit new TV series

The new TG4 Art series ‘Dallamullóg continues this Sunday with public artist Ceara Conway and Donegal electrician Pól Ó Gallchóir in the toughest challange yet.

Ceara’s challenge is turning Pól into an artist.

This week as it’s a public art piece there is no critic to assess the apprentice’s work…the main judges are the residents of Dungloe!

Will Pól’s effort win their approval?

The series follows six tradespeople from a variety of professions as they each try to impress a critic by using their skills as a tradesperson to create a piece of art.

Other mentors included in the series are stone sculptor Cliodhna Cussen , wood sculptor Séighean Ó’Draoi and spray paint artist Liam de Frinse.

Dallamullog is aired this Sunday 10th February 2013 at 8.30pm on TG4. Repeated the following Tuesday at 11.30pm. This series will run for two more weeks.
