A RAPHOE man will be sentenced later this year after pleading guilty to the theft of a tractor.
Letterkenny Circuit Court heard Nelson McConnell, Ballymoley, Raphoe plead guilty to one charge of theft of a Massey Ferguson tractor.
The offence took place on November 13, 2010.
Sentencing in the case was adjourned until July when the full facts of the case will be presented by counsel for the DPP.
