DDTV: To celebrate the 2013 Gathering, the Leprechauns will be Gathering in Glenties again on St Patrick’s Day Sunday 17th March 2013.
And to give the gig a boost some of them have been sneaking out of the undergrowth to do a wee bit of dancing….Gangam-style!

Glenties is hoping to get 2013 leprechauns to celebrate the year of the gathering and also to break the GUINNESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS which they attempted last year, but unfortunately were pipped at the post by Bandon in Co Cork.
They are going to try to get the record this year, but for that we need your HELP. A family fun filled day is planned this year with live music and refreshments being served in the waiting area and live entertainment on the street. Organisers are also planning their own GLENTIES BOOK OF RECORDS which will take place on the day.
This will be a great family day out so don’t miss out get yourself registered a.s.a.p. to ensure we put GLENTIES on the map as the holder of the Guinness Book of Records holder for the Largest Gathering of people dressed as Leprechauns in one place.
