THE Food Safety Authority of Ireland has issued an alert over a Tesco product.
It says the Tesco Mini Chocolate Crispies; 49g; all best before dates; all batches failed to warn consumers of the presence of soya.
“Tesco Mini Chocolate Crispies contain soya lecithin but soya was not declared on the label,” said a FSAI spokesperson.
“This may make them unsafe for consumers who are allergic or intolerant to soya.”
