Lagan Harps FC
Our mens team turned in one of their best performances of the season when they came back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 with league champions Glenea Utd. The game had been reversed as our pitch was unplayable. Conor Sweeney and Kevin Mc Hugh were the scorers. We have no game on Sunday.
Our u/12’s returned to action with a friendly win over Ballyraine B’s while our u/10’s and u/8’s played Clonmany Shamrocks in friendlies in Game On. Some of the younger players played their first games for the club and acquitted themselves well. Thanks to Clonmany for travelling down for the games.
In our weekly lotto the numbers drawn were 4,5,12,19. Ernie Pollock won E50 for three numbers. Next weeks jackpot is E3775.00.
The club extends sympathy to the Quinn and Mc Grotty family circle on their recent bereavement.
