BowlsIndoor Bowls;     Nixon Alexander Financial Services League

Ballylennon, top team in Donegal over the last two years, winning both the League and Knockout Cup, are in serious danger of relinquishing  their title this year.

With little between them and Ramelton at the Christmas break, they have only picked up 23 of the 48 points available  whereas Ramelton have picked up 36 and moved 17 points ahead. St Johnston Pres have been in free fall during the past month, dropping from third to fifth, with St Johnston BC and St Eunans, Raphoe B within 4 points and both having a game in hand. Could be down to seventh by the end of the current week. In the meantime, St Eunans, Raphoe  A, have made steady progress up the table and now lie within 10 points of Ballylennon in third place.
