You are certainly not alone but now a new group is here to put all those problems behind you.
Formed just four months ago, the Junior Toastmasters Letterkenny already has 25 members and growing.
The aim of the club is to help young people build confidence in speaking in front of crowds and to develop their public speaking skills.
One of the co-founders says the club is the first club of its kind in the country and want to spread the word and increase the membership.
The club’s fourth meeting will take place on this Sunday, the 17th of February at 5pm in the Mount Errigal Hotel and all young people aged between 13 and 18 are welcome to come along.
Don’t worry, you won’t be asked to speak but fun is guaranteed.
