Residents in Dungloe are being given one sweet treat this Valentines Day!
Scrummylicious Bakery located in the Old Chapel are spreading the love by dishing out the ‘Scrummylicious Love Bite Cupcake’ free to all their customers.
Scrummylicious Bakery and Tearoom opened its doors at the end of last year and has quickly become the ‘go to’ for locals and visitors wishing to satisfy their sweet tooth, serving up an array of products ranging from traditional breads, scones, cookies and pastries.
But undoubtedly it’s the Scrummylicious Cupcakes that are fast gaining fame, with an array of 26 flavours being dished up, in the quaint surrounding of the old church.
Owner Michelle Boyle decided today’s the day to make sure some love is spread around Dungloe.
“We make our cupcakes from scratch everyday including any decorations we use and it’s definitely a labour of love,” she said.
“Everyone loves cupcakes, and with it being Valentines Day we decided to return the love by treating all our customers on Valentines Day to the ‘Scrummylicious Love Bite” Cupcake.
“We love making them and our customers love eating them, we all deserve a treat now and then and we think Valentines Day is the perfect day to treat our customers.”
And before you ask….No. We don’t know if Michelle is spoken for!
