The next walk organised by the Slieve League Peninsula Hillwalking Club takes place on Sunday, 24th February.
The route is from Cashel Hill to Malinmore – On Track. This walk gives a panoramic view of Glencolmcille and the Malins.
Meeting Point at the Picnic Area on Cashel Hill (turn off the R263 approximately 1km from Glencolmcille) Start time: 1.00 p.m. Duration 2 to 3 hours.
Distance 9 km. Walk leader Declan Gillespie, 087 9879130. There is a walk on the last Sunday of every month. Non-members €5 per walk.
