Flying from Donegal to London has just got a whole lot easier!Donegal Airport

British Airways has today announced a new codeshare agreement with Loganair that will link Donegal to London Heathrow with a daily service connecting in Dublin.

Loganair will operate the route from Donegal to Dublin; passengers will then transfer to British Airways mainline services to London Heathrow.

Passengers will be afforded our generous 23kg baggage allowance on the entire journey, while enjoying the British Airways onboard experience from Dublin to Heathrow. This includes a choice of two cabins and a complimentary bar and meal service, as well as online check in and seat selection 24 hours before departure.

The new schedule will see British Airways complement Loganair’s existing departure timetable from Donegal to Dublin by offering convenient connection times for passengers wishing to travel onwards to London.

Providing two return flights a day to suit both business and leisure passengers, fares from Donegal to London Heathrow start at just €78 one way and from €184 return, including taxes, charges and fees.

Commenting on the announcement, Simon Daly, British Airways Manager for Ireland, said: “We are delighted to be working with Loganair to offer passengers from the north west of Ireland with convenient flight connections from Donegal to London Heathrow with competitive fares to suit both business and leisure passengers.

“In addition, it offers greater choice in terms of connections to our extensive global network of almost 130 destinations from London Heathrow – bringing destinations on the world map closer to Ireland.”
