A TEENAGER has appeared in court in Letterkenny, charged with committing nine burglaries in the Buncrana area.
Thomas Ward, 19, was remanded in custody and will appear at Harristown District Court again tomorrow.
All the charges relate to offences allegedly committed in recent weeks.
The accused man was also charged with one count of theft.
Gardai say Mr Ward was arrested on Tuesday evening after an appeal on Donegal Daily.
