Burtonport woman Maureen Bonner had almost given up trying to get a glimpse of these fawns in Lackenagh.
Maureen had tried to catch up with the shy creatures on several occasions close to the Railway Walk.
And yesterday she finally did and even managed to catch them on film.
“I have been trying to get pictures of these fellas for a while now, I was just about to give up this evening when I came across them!
“They have been known to take a stroll on that walk now and again. However, when I caught up with them, they were taking time out – it was a Sunday afternoon after all,” said Maureen.
