So here’s a story written by Jacqueline Doherty…….

Hi to Donegal Daily readers,

I am looking for some help. I would like to raise money to help run a bus to Galway to take cancer patient for their treatment. This is a vital service. The Charity is set up by local people who took it upon themselves to take cancer sufferers to Galway as the Government won’t fund it.

They started off with a car now they have over 25 using this service. They have a good as new shop in Letterkenny to raise money too. Their funds are running out. They really need help.

I know my family have been hit with this illness twice and have used this service. Many families don’t have the resources to get to the hospital on their own.

So I am lookin for anyone to can donate something for me to raffle or make a donation for this great cause!!! It doesn’t have to be big. Thanks in advance. Any help be great. Please help. Thank you. And thanks to Donegal Daily for helping me get this message across.
