A huge thanks to all who helped out on the car wash day last Saturday. The day was a great success and special thanks to Paul McDevitt for his support and use of facilities.

Well done to Noel Diver and Shaun Mc Shane who had great runs in Ballyliffen with Shaun finishing in 4th place in a time of 61.10 and Noel in 6th place in a time of 61.23. Other Rosses and Gweedore athletes to run well were Jonny Wilson in 70.09, Manus Mc Hugh in 70.50, Eugene Mc Cafferty in 72.15, Brendan Mc Bride in 74.32 and well done to Sharon Wilson in finishing under 1 and three quarter hrs. Well done to Breege Ward who completed her first 1/2 marathon in Omagh on Saturday last.

Good luck to all our athletes and coaches who will be travelling to Birmingham this weekend to take part in the UK Sportshall Athletics Finals
