A hard fought 3 points for Eany Celtic against a very strong Killybegs team, Eanys midfield & defence stood strong and with some excellent saves from keeper Jack Lennox meant a stalemate at the half time break. A second half substitution saw a battled Rory Kennedy coming off for Declan Duignan, much the same as the first half with Eany back three of Lee McCabe, Oisin Burke & Danny Burke standing strong and with 2 minutes left on the clock Eany Celtic’s hard work payed off with a teasing cross from Connor Campbell to find much improved Alex Byrd putting the ball into the back of the net to claim all 3 point.
