SHANE TO SING ‘DEF LEPPARD’ HIT IN ‘THE VOICE’ SEMI-FINAL

Shane McLaughlinWith the semi-final of The Voice of Ireland taking place this evening the song choices of the remaining six have been revealed along with the news that the Coronas will be performing on the night.

For Team Kian, Shane McLaughlin from Downings will be singing Def Leppard’s Pour some sugar on it while Kelly Mongan from Cork will perform the Sarah McLachlan tune In the Arms of an Angel.

Jamelia’s remaining hopeful 19-year-old Keith Hanley from Charleville will be singing Gnarles Barkley’s Crazy.

Over on Team Bressie, 18-year-old Shannon Murphy will sing the Kodaline hit, High Hopes with Katy Anna Mohan is set to belt out the song from David Guetta ft. SIA, She Wolf (Falling to Pieces).

Finally, Sharon’s act John Gaughan from Galway will sing Damien Rice’s Cannonball.

Along with the acts performances, Sharon fans will get to hear her perform new single We could Be Lovers while Bressie will collaborate with his remaining acts Katy Anna and Shannon to deliver their version of the Housemartins’ Caravan of Love.

All four coaches will perform a unique rendition of David Bowie’s Let’s Dance.
