It’s no secret that the late Tadhg Culbert loved his food and drink.Tadgh Breakfast

You could often find the former Mayor of Letterkenny in the Quiet Moment tea rooms tucking into tea and a scone.

Now Quiet Moment owner Brendan McGlynn has come up with a novel way of remembering Tadhg and to also raise funds for Relay for Life.

“Everyone loved Tadhg and he would always call in for tea. This is our way of remembering him and to raise funds in the process.

“All funds raised on the day will go directly to Relay for Life,” said Brendan.
