DMRTGARDAI and Donegal Mountain Rescue Team have stood down search teams after locating a woman who they believed was missing for three days.

The tourist was last seen near Glen Head, Glencolmcille on Thursday. She was riding a bicycle.

But when her bike was found at the side of a road fears grew for her safety.

It’s understood the woman was found safe and well on Sunday afternoon; she had left the bike in poor weather and returned today to pick it up.
