BREAKING NEWS: A man has died in a housefire in West Donegal overnight.
The blaze broke out at the house at Derryconnor in Gortahork in the early hours of this morning.
An elderly man in his 80s perished in the blaze.
It is understood he was the only occupant of the house.
The fire services rushed to man’s house but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A full investigation has been launched into the cause of the blaze.
